IS / IT Department provides services for over a dozen DANONE companies in Poland, the Nordic and Baltic countries. The team of analysts improves the work of each departments on a daily basis, by recommending and implementing IT solutions. Joining our team, you will be working on business processes optimization together with the highly experienced people and international partners. Junior BI Analyst/Trainee Location: Bielsko-Biała (cooperation based on b2b contract/civil contract) As a coworker you will support Danone BI team in delivering BI second line support for customers from Nordics, Baltics and Poland and for development of those solutions for DANONE companies. Key responsibilities Close cooperation with business (demand management), Involvement in designing, implementation and deployment of BI solutions, Delivering large-scale programs that integrate processes with technology to help business customers to achieve high performance, Identifying and delivering solutions for data analysis process improvement, Cooperation with group on implementation of global BI standards for local business units, Ideal candidate Higher education (preferred: economic, mathematics, statistic, econometrics, IT) or student, Experience in working with data / reporting, Analytical skills, ability to analyze quickly problems and system issues, English skills at communication level, Knowledge of SQL (T-SQL, ETL design) would be an asset, Knowledge of Analysis Services (OLAP and InMemory cubes) would be an asset.
